Later Mike and Dianna Rice hosted a get-acquainted party for their grandson, Hadyn Michael Rice, son of Chase and Abby Rice of Norton who is almost three months old.

What a weather change. Last Friday, the furnace heat felt good in the morning; Saturday, the air conditioners were on. The strong winds have also been an uncomfortable factor. Severe thunder storms have been forecasted in western Kansas almost nightly and could possibly become a danger in this area later this week.

Thought for this week--No one is perfect; That's why pencils have erasers.
